At Rugowl, we prioritize customer satisfaction and understand the importance of finding the perfect rug for your space and style. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Free Return Policy. From the date of delivery, you have a full 30 days to decide if the rug meets your expectations.
We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase, knowing that if it’s not the perfect fit for your home, you can easily return it. We’ll provide a prepaid UPS label within 48 hours of your return request for a hassle-free process.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
📝 Initiating a Return
To start a return, please log in at https://www.google.com/search?q=account.rugowl.com or via the login section of our website. Enter your email to receive a One-Time Password (OTP), log in, and select your order to begin the return process.
Alternatively, email us at returns@rugowl.com with your order number and return reason. We'll guide you and send the prepaid shipping label.
📦 Damaged Items and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund—no need to return the damaged item.
💰 Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Bank Processing: Allow 5–7 days for your bank to credit the amount to your account.
